Phillips, a married man, had been carrying on a years-long affair with YaVaughnie Wilkins. Wilkins apparently believed that Phillips had been divorced since 2003. When he and his wife recently reconciled, Phillips broke the news to Wilkins, who apparently isn’t taking the news very well. She posted giant billboards of the couple in New York, San Francisco, and Atlanta.

YaVaughnie Wilkins put up giant billboards in New York, San Francisco and Atlanta showing the smiling faces of Charles E. Phillips wiht her. Phillips, who is co-president of Oracle Corp., released a statement Friday admitting to the affair with Wilkins.

The statement said his relationship with Wilkins had ended and his divorce proceedings are underway.

Wilkins apparently believed that Phillips’ divorce was final in 2003.
